Semester Workshops

The NOW workshop, NW786: Teaching Music Composition and Theory Using Music Technology Software is offered each academic semester as a distance learning  on-line web course. North Carolina music teachers can earn up to 5 technology CEUs and a small stipend for participation in this workshop. Music Technology Summer Workshop

The NCSSM Music Technology Summer Workshop will be offered  June 30 through July 3, 2002, on the campus of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. Dormitory and cafeteria facilities are provided with the workshop. The workshop has two offerings:
1. Electric and MIDI String Instrument Technology
2.Teaching Music Composition and Theory Using Music Technology Software
