Artist: Eileen Witt Title: Physical Activity/Wellness Instructor Description of Art: The pieces for this whirligig folk art were first cut with a bandsaw, carved with a knife and then curved with a rasp. After adding color with acrylic paint, the piece was then sealed with polyurethene. Seasonal activities are the inspiration for many of Eileen’s creations. |
