Hits and Misses
I ended up with 4 good hits to gather data from. There are an equal number of misses. My excuse is the lack of light but the truth is that I most likely need a golf tutor.

impact!
My hope with the closeup shots was that I may be able to see the ball squish upon impact with the club but all of the impact pictures are after the ball left the tee. You can see some grass that the club threw up. The tee is hiding behind a blurred blade of grass under the receding side of the ball.

splash
I am not really sure what happened with my swing here. There is alot of water splashing off of the club face. In both of these close shots you can see that the ball is off of the tee. This is due to the delay of the sound traveling to the microphone from the impact site.

scale
This photo is for the purpose of showing the distance that the ball travels from impact to the 1/100 sec delay. The yard stick has a glare on it but the ball made it out farther than that in all of my trials.

Trial #1
This was a good hit but the ball made it over the ball barrier. It crahed through the woods more than a few seconds later.

Trial #2
This shot skittered through the grass and seems to be moving slower than the others.

Trial #3
This shot did not get much loft either but still has decent velocity.

Trial #4
The club shaft has alot of flex in this shot. I think it hit the ground pretty good before hitting the ball which might explain the relatively low velocity.
