Smash Splash
A High Speed Imaging project by Jordan Lofton and Gabrielle Scronce, students at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics

Our project was created in the first quarter of the spring semester (2002), from 2/10/02 to 2/27/02, in Dr. Winters' (pictured above) High Speed Imaging class. In our project, we determined the best equipment and setup to create images that capture the splash coming from the smashing of shaken soda cans hit by a hammer.
This project was definitely a "smash hit"!
