Zwei Birnen Bersten
Alex Crouch Aakash Barodia Esther Hong

The goal of our project was to capture the image of a pellet penetrating two bulbs. We used a Nikon Coolpix 990 digital camera, Vivitar 283 flash units, colored filters, piezoelectric sound triggers, 60W bulbs, Crosman 2100 Classic Pump-Action Rifle, and standard BBs and pellets to photograph the event of the bulbs shattering. We hung the bulbs in a row from a pole held up by ring stands. The rifle was aimed so that the bullet would pass through both bulbs form one end to the other. We observed the progression of the bulbs' shattering.
We worked on this project from February 11, 2003 to February 26, 2003.
