Conclusion

Due to time restrictions, we we not able to accomplish our goal.  We did not get any pictures of two mages of the pellet before the balloon and two images after the balloon.  Because of this, there was an insufficient amount of data for us to use to come up with a better analysis.  With the little data that we did have we were able to find the difference in pellet speed caused by the water balloon.  We figured out that the water balloon caused the pellet to slow down by 26 m/s.
