Cork as it is shot out of bottle.

Attempted double exposure of the cork. The cork can be seen inside the photogate.

Double exposure of the cork. It can be seen inside the photogate and again by the meter stick just above the top of the ringstand.

Double exposure of the cork. It can be seen in the photogate and on the left side of the meter stick.

Double exposure of the cork. The cork can be seen inside the photogate and again above the photogate. A blue flame can also be seen.

Double exposure of the cork. It can be seen right next to the meter stick and again a little higher and to the left of the meter stick.

Blue glow from the ethanol combustion.

Video 1:   This video shows the cork propelling of the bottle with a recording speed of 1000 frames per second and a playback speed of 30 frames per second.  In this video the cork shoots up and to the right.
